Ah, Saionji. He's such an ass, but I love him. The massive Utena group we had at M-TAC was rather epic. We were a walking rainbow of hoopskirts and a giant monkey. I've worn this costume three times, and there's been a different person in the Touga costume each time. No offence to the first two, but my favourite is my third Touga, who is also my husband (images 9 - 11).
I'm pretty sure the wig is a Dark Green Showgirl 952 from Cosworx. The epaulettes were made out of wood as were the collar triangles while the... dangly things on the ends of the cords were Sculpey. The ring was also Sculpey. I finally had to give in and take off my wedding rings for this cosplay, so instead they are worn on a cord around my neck under the costume.
