Anime North 2009
'Girlycard' is the form Alucard takes in the prequel manga to Hellsing, The Dawn. He also takes this form for a few chapters in the regular manga. While it's certainly agreed on that he looks a lot more feminine here, I still claim that he is technically male in this form, mostly due to his lack of breasts.
The shirt and tie were purchased and then modified. The vest and jacket were modified from commercial patterns. The pants are my own pattern and are available at cosplaypatterns.com. The wig came from cosplaysupplies.com, but I can't remember which one it was.
