Con-G 2009
You know how I mentioned not ever wearing a fuku back on the Star Fighter page? Well... this is as much of a fuku as you can get I think. On the up side, at least the character isn't female? I also like to call this costume "Zoisite in drag".
The wig was borrowed from a friend because mine did not arrive in time, sadly. Wig was definitely too small for my head. I used the Green Pepper Crystal Lake skating pattern for this, but drafted my own skirt, since I was determined to have pleats rather than gathers. I actually managed to find purple Gogo boots at cosplaysupplies.com, and painted a white top on them. Also cut them to a point and re-hemmed them. The moons on the boots, as well as the choaker and earrings were Sculpey, as is the broach on the bow and the odango covers. The pattern for the bows was my own design and is available at cosplaypatterns.com
